This training course has been helpful as a student and coach. I definitely feel I’ve made improvements incorporating these drills into my routine.

Clear, Simple, Concise

Love Damien Trainor’s videos. He does a really good job of giving the how’s and why’s of doing his drills in a simple manner that’s not over complicated or drawn out. I love being able to do drills by myself on the bag or shadow boxing. This video had a variety of bags to use with different skills and situations to practice. These drills are then able to be replicated on the pads and in sparring. Worth the buy and watching a few times in case you miss any little knowledge bombs dropped.
