Super Service, Super Chair

I needed a chair ASAP because of an unplanned surgery but found that all the other companies needed an 8 week lead time. I found the perfect chair online at MCombo ordered it, and it came in a couple of days. Assembly was straightforward, although I had to have a strong person move it in. I have been using the chair nonstop for a week, even sleeping in it, and am so happy with it. Super tech features, super comfortable, and a fourth the price of the other chairs.

Faulty part at the outset

I purchased this chair and followed directions precisely to assemble. The recliner remote worked once and then stopped working. When I tried to call, I got voicemail. When I emailed, they asked me to take turn the chair upside down and take pictures of the wiring at the bottom which I did. They asked if the lift remote was lit. When I emailed it was not, they asked me to take apart the remote to fix a loose wire. The remote does not come apart easily, you have to unscrew 6 teeny-tiny screws with a Phillips screwdriver. I spent over an hour trying to unscrew them and was able to get three removed but the others wouldn’t come off, so I couldn’t access the inside of the remote. Several hours of my time for so much $. Have to wait for them to send new remote now. My mother with AD meanwhile cannot recline.
