Some parts came damaged, and some screws were missing. I had to call into customer support for replacements, but they replaced and corrected everything quickly.

The Pro SS is the perfect machine for me, its light, powerful and the suspension is fantastic. I am founder of Los Padres Trail Stewards, we are A 501c3 based in Ojai CA. I use the Pro SS as A utility bike to get me into the mountains to do trail repair, maintenance and construction. I often wear a 40 lb. Back pack with tools & supplies and the Pro SS gives me the power and range to get the job done.

This thing rips! The shipper they used was the best delivery experience I’ve ever had. It came as expected, all the parts were there. It was easy for me to assemble and I we’ve been riding it around for a few weeks now. My kids were always afraid or annoyed at how loud my big dirt bike is, but were immediately drawn to this one and love to ride on it. You can have conversations easily since it is so quiet. Such a good time!
