Some parts came damaged, and some screws were missing. I had to call into customer support for replacements, but they replaced and corrected everything quickly.

The Pro SS is the perfect machine for me, its light, powerful and the suspension is fantastic. I am founder of Los Padres Trail Stewards, we are A 501c3 based in Ojai CA. I use the Pro SS as A utility bike to get me into the mountains to do trail repair, maintenance and construction. I often wear a 40 lb.
