The item is as expected although I’ve only had 2 rides…. I generally don’t form an opinion till ride # 3 or if there is / was a bad experience. My comments here are related to my interaction with Ms. Jessica. She was amazing: very patient and detailed. Exceptional follow up / follow thru. Having worked and managed large customer care / customer support (on-line) T1-< T4 tech support I know of what I speak. She was amazing. Kiddos to her.

T2 Bib Knicker

Good Eliel quality. I wish Eliel offered this knicker with the legs 1.5" shorter like my bibs. These extend closer to my ankle and do not grip well at the bottom as a result.

The fit and quality were excellent as I have come to expect from this company. In Texas during the winter there have been numerous occasions to wear them and they haven't disappointed.
