KOS's Coffee's light roasts changed my entire perspective on "good coffee"

I have been drinking espresso-based coffees for years, and I thought that my experience trying coffee shops across the Florida, the US and in some European countries had really shown it all to me. I thought that I liked the bold, yet bitter, flavors from Ethiopian coffees. When I was first introduced to KOS coffee via their iced lattes in house, I was blown away. There were flavors I didn't even know were possible. I have since moved away from Florida, so I can't have their delightful coffee made by KOS in-house. However, even with my inability to dial in espresso, this coffee rocks! It quite literally beats the coffee of all the specialty coffee shops around me in a major metropolitan area. Thank you, KOS; your coffee literally changed my entire perspective on what great coffee can be

Absolutely stunning!

I just made my first cup with a pour-over V60, and wow, it's super sweet, tasty, and clean. Seriously one of the best washed Ethiopian coffees I've ever had.

After taste is perfect!

I just described this coffee to my husband - it feels like I'm drinking silk texture coffee. I love it.
