A Coffee Education with Carson is unlike any other!!!

The KOS Coffee Class with Carson was a true Valuable Learning Experience that I will Always remember b/c I enjoyed every single moment of it. There were Coffee History, Origin, Equipment, Math, and Palpability Lessons learned that will set me up for success from here on out... whether it be as a patron at a local Specialty Coffee Shop or brewing at home... I had the time of my life drinking coffee and having fun at this class. Carson is a Coffee Savant, a Coffee Whisperer, a future Hall of Fame Barista and just an all-around humble, kind, and dynamic person! My Kudos, utmost Respect, and sincere Thanks and Appreciation go out to him.

Fantastic Pour Over Coffee Class

I had the pleasure of attending a KOS Coffee pour over class with Tuesday this past week and thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of the experience. Tuesday was comprehensive in her coverage of coffee bean processing, roasting, recipe crafting, and more. I’m looking forward to applying the knowledge and techniques I learned to more effectively dial in future pour overs. I would highly recommend KOS Coffee and their coffee classes to anyone interested in learning more about all aspects of specialty coffee.

I brought my mother and sister and we all enjoyed it! Our instructor, Tuesday, was passionate about coffee and presented the info in a clear and organized way. The coffees we tasted opened my eyes about what coffee can be. We also enjoyed lunch at KOS for a fun family outing. Recommended!
