Be careful if you have sharp knives

I didn’t expect to have knife marks in these so fast! Within a week of use, they were pretty scratched up, so just be aware of that if you have sharp knives. For what they cost, I’m disappointed they didn’t withstand knife scratches for longer. But glad these scratches aren’t releasing microplastics into our food—love that!
