The watch is exactly what I was hoping for, but the customer service is EXCEPTIONAL!!! I would give it a 4.5, in all honesty, with my only issues being: 1. the interface on the watch is a little glitchy, mostly on regards to the touch screen but being very reactive. My daughter typically has to press the screen a few times to get it to respond. 2. The charging port has to be very precise, so just make sure it's ACTUALLY charging before walking away.
HOWEVER - The GPS tracking is precise and accurate. The SOS option provides all of us with peace of mind. The Focus Mode setting is glorious. The customer service representatives have all responded quickly and with actually applicable, informative responses to any question or request I've had.
For reference: I purchased this for my 5 y/o to wear while going on field trips, at camp, and for public events (water parks, zoo, festivals, circus, etc).

Amazing watch for safety. My kids wear it and it tracks their location when they go to fieldtrips or when we go to super busy areas. Easy to install. Great quality!
