Clicking noise in lowest two settings

I bought two of the desktop model. One works great. The second has a low clicking noise on the first two settings. Part of the reason this unit appealed to me is because it was advertised as low noise. It is not annoying enough to go through the hassle of returning it, but i do find it a bit irritating. The air filter part is great.

I like this air purifier. It's a nice size for use in transit and in the office. However, I think the quality of the materials is very low. I have already lost one of the holders for the strap which can barely handle the weight of the purifier to begin with and one of the stoppers on the feet is missing too. If they could improve the quality of the materials/how it's built, it would be perfect.
