We got the product that was described, it arrived quick and well packaged and was ready to use after we plugged it in. Effortless, as expected.

Works well. Would recommend. Will purchase another as my space is larger than 900 square feet.

Very disappointed

I bought two Blast Mini Air Purifier (Mk II)s. The one was perfect. The other should not have been released from the factory. The surface on the top had two separate defects: (1) An outwards dent (the dent was made from inside the unit - perhaps someone dropped something very heavy inside it, while it was being assembled). This caused the paint outside to split. (2) On the same top surface, a separate defect of two blobby areas of what looked like welding splatter, that has just been painted over. I'm really disappointed that the quality controller did not seem to care about shipping a unit that was already damaged before it left the factory floor. I expected more of SmartAir. Because I really believe in your products. But this shoddy workmanship has shaken my confidence. Your sincerely, Tania Spencer
