Dead on arrival. Bike arrived later than initially expected. That would have been alright inoperable upon delivery. Downtube battery charge port cracked; parts fell out of the frame. On/off switch malfunctioning. Customer support contact SLOW. They get to you when they feel like it. Suggested I get the battery fixed on my own at a local shop. Finally sent a return box but said it would take weeks to process. Sent a new switch; did not fix the problem. Bike is still not working. Too much money invested to waste any more time on it. Ariel Rider refuses to replace or refund. Suggested I sell it locally. What?! It's unused/broken! Said I'd be responsible for a 25% restocking fee FOR A POOR, UNUSABLE PRODUCT. No thanks. I cannot recommend this product or this company unless you have disposable income, disposable time, want to BUY a NEW project. Absolutely ridiculous.
