Never received what I ordered

I purchased three of the oils for hair growth, and when the order came in, I was excited, but I only received one. I’ve sent a total of six messages to this company and have not heard anything back at all. This included several order follow ups in two formal. I was charged, but never received the items. Because of the timeline and no response I had to end up contacting my bank. I have ordered from them before I’ve never had this issue but it was not OK not to hear anything back after several forms of communication. I even tried to reach out by phone several times none of the phone numbers a match the company

I have been using this for some years now and my hair has been growing, and whenever I cut my hair I know it’s going to grow back when I use this product

I come from a family that has always had long healthy hair but i wanted to thicken my hair, coming from someone that’s white as heck this stuff has been a miracle worker on my hair. I really appreciate what they’re doing for their products and customers!
