Overcooked
I am enjoying the Kayon Mountain coffee. However,it was disappointing to me because it's potential was squandered. I bought this because I love the fruity, floral notes and flavors of a light roast. This bag was roasted way too long, like between a medium and a dark roast. (It is sold and advertised as a light roast) So,none of the lighter, nuanced flavors came through at all. Bottom line: I am not a coffee expert or roaster, but this is s not a light roast and tastes the part!
