My daily habit
Grape seed extract is a powerful antioxidant! Note the color. Some brands use WHITE grape seeds which do nothing! Just like with wine, it is the red grapes that have the power.

dissapointment
I attempted to order four items - three or them were out of stock. I was able to purchase what I needed at my local Vitamin Shoppe.
