It sat in my mailbox for 8 hours. It was 97 degrees that day. The capsules melted together into one big ball so I cant get them out of the bottle. I can’t get them separated in the bittle even after I put them in the refrigerator. I called, left a voicemail, and emailed Qunol earlier this week with no reply or call back. High heat degrades the quality of the product. I’m still receiving matketing emails but nothing from Customer Service.
