Way better than a derma roller. No more catching and pulling of hair. Easy to use and the ability to alert the needle length is the best part.

Works just as advertised. Could use a better marker on the body of the device to show where the rotating end goes to indicate 0 height. But I just marked it with my black permanent marker so I can find it easily.
