Great aroma

This fragrance is very long lasting, woody and earthy. To me is more masculine than feminine. I gave it to my husband he love it. I am planning to buy a full size bottle for him. My first 2mls sample bottle was leaking when I received it, but scent split replaced it. The service was fast,easy, and nice. Thanks split scent costumer's service.

Bitter Karma

This is an intensely aromatic fragrance: the absinthe top note blends with rose, patchouli and oud to leave an impression of bitter herbs and damp wood. I feel as though I've been smelling a lot of fragrances with similar scent profiles lately, and though this is one of the better ones, I have to say I don't think I'm really a fan of the rose-patchouli-oud combination. It just ends up smelling like rotten wood to me, and the absinthe here really brings out its bitter aromatic qualities. I do find this fragrance interesting, and I think those who like aromatics and oud will probably love this one. I didn't dislike it, but I didn't love it either. As always with THoO, the drydown eventually finishes with that lovely, pillowy oud base, and I can never complain about that.

It was a beautiful perfume, got a compliment as soon as I walked in the room. I’m not rushing back because I haven’t thought much about it since I ran out.
