I bought a set of these and put them a mandolin that gets a lot of use in rehearsals. They were on there for 9 months before they started sounding like they were getting ready to need replacement. Now, in full disclosure I do not suffer from finger death sweat and strings do last longer for me. But these are some very good strings.
