Triple Créme Brie w/ Apricots & Almonds

Tastes more like blue cheese than Brie. It was so bad we had to toss it. I don’t know if it had anything to do with the fact that it came by UPS melted & hot. We refrigerated it before we ate it, but yuck! I would have never ordered if it said blue cheese. I love Brie & was very excited to try it. Thank goodness I didn’t open it up for a dinner party.

Delicious cheese. Be patient and let it come to room temperature for smooth spreading.

Love this cheese and always try to get it when I am making a great charcuterie board!
