The Butcher BBQ Grilling Oil, Butter Flavor is excellent, wonderfull butter flavor pops on vegies, I used it when I was cooking on my Blackstone griddle with brocclie was a very good combo together, it gave the vegies more depth of rich flavor sprinkled with an Aasian rub.
