Already can see the benefit of the blanket. Keeps the heat tighter within a range. I was concerned with the heat to my back wall on my deck. This blanket makes heat against the wall at bay, and, really, a non issue.

Game Changer

We don't have a history of wicked cold, but we soon will. Temps in the teen always interrupted my smoking -- but no longer. Smoked a shoulder during 20 degree weather and only added about 30 minutes to a 12 hour cook -- well worth the few extra pellets! Wish i had purchased it sooner!

Excellent customer service

I bought the thermal jacket as a Christmas present for my son who loves his smoker from you. He loves it. He did mention that the label was sewn on crooked and since it was a Christmas present I didn’t want him always wishing the label was straight. I called customer service and within minutes they took care of the situation without hesitation. I truly appreciate this type of customer service.
