Helpful Kitchen/Grill Accessory
I used this pan/rack for an overnight dry and subsequent smoke of my thanksgiving turkey, and it turned out great. Should have bought two though. My wife wanted to use it to dry out her sourdough bread that she uses for stuffing, but I called dibs on it. Some reviews mentioned the dimpling the rack feet leave on the aluminum pan. It's a soft metal, so it's going to happen. Not a deal breaker in my book.
