This item was delivered in on time and in great condition, was easy to setup and the first item i smoked a brisket, came out great, tender like butter, nice smoke ring. i would give it a 5 star on keeping the tempiture, very easy clean up like described. second item i smoked was a pork butt alos came out great!

Could not be better!

I have had the grill for two weeks and couldn’t be happier! My first cook was a pair of steaks. A bit over done but my fault. Next was pork shoulder for 16 hours then brisket for 9 hours. I never knew a charcoal smoker could go 13 hours with one load of charcoal. Both turned out excellent. Tender and juicy.
