I was recommended this company after searching for so long for good honey. My children love it and I've already ordered a few times. Alhamdulillah will be purchasing their honey and from no other place. Their customer service is also very good masha'Allah. The bonus is their name is actually my name too!

Superior product as well as customer experience

I ordered one jar of the "normal" Sidr honey. It was so exceptional that I was tempted to try the special "Sidr Balqees". So I did, and it is quite a bit different, in some ways even better. What surprised me most though was to receive a personal follow-up email from Founder Riath, thanking me for my repeat order; and it was not just one of those soul-less semi-automated, kind of "robotic" emails, no. A real, personal, long enough email. You know the story "if there are coffee stains on the tray table, the passenger assumes the engines aren't maintained either". Well, at Balqees the customer experience and trust certainly matches the quality of the product!

I didnt like the product as i feel tje honey is not natural it feels like melting plastiv wven the taste is soo bland ,it was an horrible experience i ordered as per seen by reviews and ordered but it was very bad
