This is a very special honey, I always pay extra for organic raw honey, this with the black seeds is delicious, I have a spoonful every morning, little tip, make sure the lid is on properly and store upside down as the seeds like to rise up, then you can stir them up from the bottom, my only criticism is the jar could be a little wide for the stirring up process, other than that fantastic, fabulous and delicious

This honey gives me a boost of energy out of nowhere, is great for just before the gym and the black seed gives it a nice earthy balance so its not too sweet; as you can see I've demolished a jar

Excellent honey

Bought this honey and I am very satisfied with it, the only downside should change the type of jar used for black seed honey , I think should be larger to make easy to mix as all seed come on top
