I'm taking a star off every time I have to buy one

Look, I love Moment and their skies, poles, and bindings. However, with my new Voyager poles I have not been able to keep the basket on for one of them to save my life. I'm more than sure I know how to put a pole basket on but I managed to lose 3 in the past two months out in the resort and backcountry (which sucks). Something ain't right.
