My experience with this paddle is that it delivers on its promise....the power is easily releasable, the feel with the carbon fiber surface allows me the kitchen control I want and the light weight enables easy swing speed...the over all structure is holistically held as one form enabling a large sweet spot and low chance of vibration transmission and elbow irritations. It's a great paddle. Lots of power and control. Really great for people that want more power while maintaining control. Mid and top are slightly heavier also for those with that preference. For me the paddle excels at indoor play. Thanks cf3
