Excellent quality! My dogs instantly loved it! Thank you for the most adorable toys that last and encourage play with all the tiny little compartments for treats! Its fun for them and I enjoy watching them play.

Negative experience, nonexistent customer service
I ordered this item almost 2 weeks ago and it still hasn’t shipped. I emailed asking the status and got an AI response. Prompted for a human agent and Tiffany responded with “we will get back to you in 1-2 business days” How hard is it to find out what happened on the shipping of an order? I’m thoroughly disappointed in my experience with Lambwolf. I need the item for a gift but it definitely won’t be making it on time.
