I had some visa gift cards i wanted to use. Couldnt use them at checkout, cool I get that. I uses rhe visa gift cards to buy Poolhouse gift cards. I buy them and the took 5 days to get to my email. I had to reach out to customer support to see what was up. They said theyd fix it and i guess they dis because i did recieve the gift cards. Unfortunatly the shirts i wanted to purchase were sold out by then.
