I NEED A NUDE EYESHADOW PALETTE

Arrived completely damaged. I had to foctor tbe entire palette up the best i could to fix it. AFTER i worked an HOUR on it, When asked to send a photo of the damage, The customer service email was rude and they offered me a measly 10 percent next purchase. I will be calling regional management to complain, and never purchasing from you again. The makeup is great but the customer setvice is awful and as an HR manager I have fired them on the spot. Awful.
