It was shipped extra protected. Better than anything ever delivered to my house. It was missing some hardware so i had to run to the hardware store a couple of times to find the right bolts to make ot work. It doesnt work as well as the quick chute i have on the same older mower. This one blows grass out the front and back and its tricky to get to stay open. Hopefully i get it figured out quick. Pretty expensive to not work out for me, but i can take the quick chute off my old mower and sell it with this one instead. Maybe it needs adjusted. Not sure but its not working very well at the moment. I like the mounting braket so i dont have to drill holes in the deck, but thequckchute doesnt blow grass out the front and back and stays open really easily.

Grassflap is all I use on every mower I buy. The seal better against chute and made heavy duty. Tried a few other brands and none come even close. The foot pedal is a game changer
