First order was lost in the mail but Otto from Puroair took care of it for me on a weekend. I received my order two business days later. I appreciated the personal handling of my order and especially on a weekend.

Our 400 PuroAir is our largest out of the 4 total , the other 3 are 240 PuroAir they all are great especially our larger for The Great Room works great!

Satisfied with product. Not sure it's motor will last longer than 1 1/2 yrs. to max 2 yrs. We live 3 blks from the 134 highway, and in the No. Hollywood, ca area near a moderate amt.of traffic. So you know we contend with some level of smog year round. We feel the need to run it nearly on high....constantly, based on this environment. This spring....way more spring tree molds and spring pollen Hope it last at least 3 yrs. What's your truthful response to our information provided? I've had a few over the course of 20 yrs (Honeywell...very good product ....but, needed a change...didn't like the washable plastic cone inside...we had their tower version...turned smell to metal when it was expiring....no longer seemed healthy....so....we found your purifier...which, so far is good) Thanks, Fishers
