I love it. I had a different brand before and it was much harder to use and did not have cutting feature. Used it for the first time yesterday to seal a chuck roast. Works so simply, cut, seal, vac, and seal. Very happy with purchase.

I've owned several vacuum sealers from various companies including the FoodSaver brand. Some of the others I've owned are not as well known. They all did the job but this particular V8 model is just the simplest and easiest of all to use. It's nice that they give you an vacuum seal ring which can be used in case one of them wears out. I also like the removable drip tray it makes cleanup of breeze. This V8 model is the closest thing to hands-free which it's not but it's close that I've ever used. I would give it six stars if I could
