Item never arrived. I’ve reached out via email 3 times and directly to the site. Have yet to receive a response. USPS tracking still shows that the item has yet to be shipped. Updating review from 1 to 3 stars. Finally received item after reaching out via a separate email. Still waiting on other item from order.
