This cup is fantastic! It keeps my ice water so cold for hours and it so pretty to look at. I'm so glad I got it on sale and highly recommend it.

The straw doesnt work. I tried to just use the suction from the spout and that didnt work. Then it tipped over in my bag and started spilling out all my water. Like gushing out. Plus, the print on the dragonfly has a small hole or misprint on it. Im waiting for a respose to exchange. I have emailed and made a request but haven’t heard back anything. I also mentioned on one of their posts on IG that mine came broken and they only liked it and didnt even respond to that. I’m just sad because I’m very careful what I spend on. What i paid for is broken, and that’s almost 2 hrs of my work life to pay for something I can’t use.
