Boulder Pass Hickory Stair Tread

Out of 14 stair treads, 4 arrived cracked and unusable. I only opened 1 box on the first day of receiving shipment and they were all fine in the 1st box so assumed other boxes were fine too. Unfortunately did not find the cracked stairs until installation job started. Customer support was quick to send out new steps with extra packaging. The stairs themselves are exactly the same material as the rest of the floor and my flooring installation guy was amazed by the product and final look. My stair did not have a lip so he installed an additional quarter round to each step so that the stair tread would have some internal support on the tread. Looks fantastic and super pleased with the product and service!
