A screw came out of two pairs of Outrigger sunglasses so I asked for my guaranteed replacements and instead received two tiny screws. I wrote back saying I had no screwdriver that tiny so they did not answer but sent a screwdriver with no head on it. I think it was perhaps stored inside the body of the driver but the heads were so tightly jammed inside there was no way to get them out! I ended up buying my own tiny screwdriver to fix my sunglasses when I thought the lifetime guarantee was for replacement.
