Works perfectly, not much bigger than stock Leica hood. I use CPLs pretty much permanently so this was a must for Tommy Q3.

I purchased the set for my new Leica Q3 43. The set is exactly what I needed for the Q3 43. Without the grip my hand would start to fatigue a bit after some time holding the camera. The Magflip is the perfect accessory for the camera providing easy access to the filter lenses and it looks amazing.
