Ulanzi Zero F38 Quick Release Travel Tripod 3131

The tripod is not intuitive for my hands, I have to reach around in awkward positions to release the levers. It’s not for quick movements and changes on your tripod. It’s probably better for setting something up somewhere that will be static. I like to move and adjust angles for light and composition pretty quickly. This tripod was clumsy for me. Probably I need a system with a bit more mobility in more directions. I did like the way the legs opened up pretty quickly and easily and those levers operated well. But I couldn’t get my hands to use the levers quickly enough. The falcam F38 system didn’t work on my Olympus micro 4/3 camera. It came loose within about four minutes average each time I tried to use it. I’m past the refund window, which is only 14 days. So be warned and check your new purchase quickly.

I am extremely happy with my Ulanzi Zero F38 tripod. The build quality is excellent: it is sturdy, lightweight, and very convenient to use. It has become one of my favorite pieces of photography equipment. I would also like to express my sincere gratitude to the Ulanzi support team. I accidentally lost one of the tripod spikes and contacted customer service for help. To my surprise, the team responded very quickly and kindly sent me a replacement set of three spikes free of charge. I truly appreciate how responsibly and professionally Ulanzi handled my request. Their customer service was fast, friendly, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. It is wonderful to see a company that genuinely cares about its customers even after the purchase has been completed. Thank you for your excellent products and outstanding support.
