Just the ticket for hobby work. Multiple disks (various grades) of sandpaper are included. The low speed is perfect for styrene and basswood. It’s almost inaudible in operation and unless you’re doing a lot of work, it makes almost no “dust”. I work on the kitchen table and then take it out to garage when I’m done and hit it with some high pressure air. Basically it’s a motorized version of the NW Shortline sander. A great addition to your work area.

Super quiet and smooth control

Came very well packed in perfect condition. With the holidays, only had time to do a quick setup and work on one small project. The unit is Super quiet and has a very smooth speed control. Very easy tilt the table and use the angle settings. Very happy with it and looking forward to getting really into my projects I bought it for.

A great little machine, nice and quiet also. Use a square like with a larger machine just to make sure it accurate, especially with small craft things. I recommend this product. So far, I'm using it for small ABS shapes for my O scale model train
