I usually apply twice a week before bedtime, massage into scalp and then shampoo the following morning. So far too early to tell if helping regrowth but definitely enjoy the smell and drift of to sleep very easily when applied.

Trying this as opposed to serums that have to be applied daily to reduce hair shedding & to promote scalp health. Easy to apply but need to wash hair twice to remove oily residue. Haven't been using it long enough to comment on long term efficacy.

Wonderful scent

I use this overnight before shampooing the following morning. I find it soothing on the scalp.
