I originally received the preamp for my Takamine acoustic guitar without a battery well and cover. I notified Guitarrepairparts and they sent it promptly. Once I received it I was able to connect it and it works; it is a replacement for an existing preamp that was malfunctioning - satisfied with the product and the service.

I bought this to replace the CPT-2 preamp that came with my Takamine nylon-string guitar (and which sadly died, as the CPT-2s are known to do). This was a perfect replacement and sounds great.
