I love my fan. It was a great purchase. Unfortunately I'd misplaced the remote, but this model works with Alexa, so it was easy to control without having to get out my chair. I ordered a new remote with no problem. I'm very happy with your service. Thank you.

The remote that came with the fan purchase stopped working and I wasn't able to figure out how to get to the battery for replacement. So, I Googled how to get a replacement remote. The process was quick and easy, and I received it within about a week! I actually love the replacement remote much more than the original and battery replacement is easy! Thank you!
