Great pillow for anyone with neck pain - comfortable yet firm and very supportive. I have arthritis in my neck and find this neck pillow useful at home as well as travel. I have to commend Globite as well - there was a minor fault with the initial pillow I purchased at the Adelaide airport - and on reporting this to Globite, they immediately mailed me a replacement. A well earned 5 star review for both the quality of the product and customer service!
