Great project

Very nice project and great plans that is fantastic

Excellent tortilla press design

This design is a real winner. Since I had recently started making cutting boards it was easy. Only suggested change is ti consider hinge size since I bought a 3-inch hinge before discovering it overlapped too and bottom pieces. Instead I used 2 2-inch hinges.
