Aglaonema Khanza - Rare

I am extremely disappointed with this purchase. The packaging was unacceptable. The plants were crushed together, stuffed with excessive cotton, and wrapped in so much tape that it took nearly an hour to unpack them. The tape was stuck to the leaves and flimsy nursery pots, and one pot ripped apart while I was removing the tape, causing the entire plant to fall out. The plants themselves were even worse. What were sold as healthy, established 4” plants turned out to be tiny, lightly rooted cuttings buried deep in the soil to make them appear fuller. One plant arrived with root rot, and I don’t believe another is even the correct variety. This was not what was advertised or what I paid for. I strongly encourage buyers to inspect the root systems immediately upon arrival rather than trusting how full the plants appear. I will never purchase from this seller again.
