Damaged cans

Hello! I received my order and sent an email. I did not get a response. I do appreciate the timeliness and the communication from start to delivery, thank you! However, wanted to bring to your attention that after opening the box and the case enclosed, I found that almost half the cans (11) are damaged/ have dents in them. I will be unable to feed them to my cat. First time ordering, this is a huge disappointment and as I'm sure you can understand, I am hesitant about ordering again.

Rawz instead of Koha

I recently stopped using Koha limited ingredient rabbit pate due to quality issues and supply issues. Rawz was an easy transition and my Bengals are doing better on it!
