Joint-Friendly Design That Actually Makes You Stronger
The Swissies P V2 Max is one of those products that looks simple until you actually use it. The first thing I noticed was the fin-shaped palm support. Instead of relying mostly on your fingers, it transfers much of the force into your palm, which reduces grip fatigue during heavy pulling. That means my grip gives out less often, allowing me to focus on my back instead of my hands. I use mine primarily with the Rotators for pull-ups, and the natural rotation has made a huge difference for my already injured elbows. My wrists, elbows, and shoulders are free to rotate naturally instead of being locked into a fixed position, making pull-ups much more comfortable. I also use them for almost all of my cable pulling and chest exercises. The built-in carabiner attachment makes switching between different cable movements quick and easy, and the freedom of movement feels much more natural than standard fixed handles. If you train regularly and especially if you’ve dealt with elbow or shoulder issues, I highly recommend these. They’ve become one of the most-used pieces of equipment in my gym.

Great piece of equipment. Well designed, the perfect amount of grip and versatile. I use them for Barbell rows, single arm high and low rows. Not having to grip tight allows a better contraction in my lats.

Apparently I’ve been sleeping on the swissies…my initial reluctance to use these had to do with the fact that these are plastic; however, I’ve come to realize plastic attachments do offer some key advantages over steel such as being much lighter weight & practical for outdoor use. Great for calisthenics and accommodating a variety of training environments. My only gripe being the carabiner attachment points are a tight fit…but these can easily be modified with some drill bits to make thicker diameter carabiners fit more easily. Knurling is not bad at all…feels on the passive side (let’s be real…it’s plastic, not steel…never will have the same bite) but these can easily be chalked up or modified (scuff up with sand paper) if desired
