Excellent product! I add these Swissies-SP to my squat rack chin up bar and get a great bicep workout and back workout all in one. Excellent compound workout. Beats preacher curls and lat pull downs. Body weight exercises and calisthenics are the Best! Kensui has come through again with another great product with these Swissies-SP!

These are great and fit the standard rogue pullup bar perfectly. They are very sturdy and have no give or flex when doing pullups.
