Clean and calming

One of the samples I did of four total (ripe-aged, raw-aged, ripe-young, raw-young) and this one stood out as the most please t to drink for me. Clean aromatics and tasting notes. Not overly pungent or astringent. I do 5g tea to 8oz water with a pre steep rinse and 15-30 second steep for up to 4 steeps.
